Duration of training: 17 hours + 5 hours of theory + 2 hours of online education + 12 hours of practices / 3 days.

Training Overview : We will introduce you to all aspects of theory, application and charting through our multiple modules during which you will develop the confidence as well as the skills necessary to achieve lash perfection.
More specifically, the training begins with a theoretical component in which you will learn everything related to the importance of cleaning, disinfection and sterilization. For this part of the teaching, PREempt products from the company CBON alongside VIROX are used. Then, a complete section is dedicated to possible infections in order to teach you to distinguish when it is not appropriate to apply eyelash extensions. In this part, you will also learn about possible allergies and how to spot them.
Afterwards, we begin the theory on eyelash extensions. You will learn the different eye shapes, the appropriate lengths of extensions to apply to each lash, mapping, the cycles of a natural lash, techniques for properly applying an extension and more.
Complete sections covering, among other things, the work space, the preparation of the client for eyelash application (client file), marketing, the possible causes of poor retention and how to remedy it, etc.
You will work with the Roselisa range, exclusive to eyelash extension professionals. This company is based in Montreal and offers a complete range of quality products for eyelash extension professionals. The different products such as adhesives, eyelash extensions, the necessary tools as well as extension maintenance products will be presented to you throughout the training. At Académie Bel, we believe that it is imperative to know the products you work with to be able to offer the best service to your customers and adequately meet their needs.
The second part of the training is a practical part. It should be noted that several supervised practices will be required of you through the different components of the face-to-face training but we also require several practices in the form of homework. During these practices, we ask you to send us a photo of each step of the eyelash application. These assignments will then be corrected and the corrections will be sent to you. Our trainer remains available throughout the training and even once the training is completed to answer all your questions.
