REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange with the exception of manufacturing defects.

Any returns, if any, will be at the discretion of Académie BEL.

It is your responsibility to check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the situation.

EXCEPTION:

*** Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable products, personal care products, and hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

*** We cannot refund items on sale or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and with the tags in its original packaging.

If there is a problem with the merchandise, please follow the process and contact us at lyne@academiebel.com. You must have your proof of purchase. If your return is authorized, we will send you instructions on how to return the package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUND:

Once we receive your return we will inspect it and let you know whether or not your refund will be granted.

If approved, please note that the refund will be made to the original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
