These terms and conditions govern your use of the Académied website and the services offered there. By accessing this website and using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our website or services.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
The content of the Académie Bel website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio and video clips, is the property of Académie Bel and is protected by copyright laws. Copyright and other intellectual property laws.
USE OF THE WEBSITE:
You agree not to use the Académie Bel website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. You must not use the Website in any way that causes damage, interruption or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Website.
COURSE BOOKING:
Course reservations are made through our website, by telephone or email. When booking a training course, we ask you to make a deposit. The deposit can be made by Paypal, Credit Card and Interact Transfer. No checks will be accepted. The deposit is non-refundable. The full payment for the training must be paid on the first day of your training.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation you make with us for any reason. All reservations are subject to confirmation.
COURSE CANCELLATION:
In the event of course cancellation, please inform us as soon as possible, 24 to 48 hours in advance if you are unable to attend . Cancellation fees may apply in accordance with our cancellation policy in effect at the time of cancellation. Following cancellation, Académie BEL reserves the right to choose the time of resumption.
When you take training, you are entitled to two cancellations/postponements before a fee of $90 per cancellation/postponement is required. These fees must be paid before continuing with the training.
Académie Bel reserves the right to cancel all future collaborations with you following a payment error or non-compliance with the engagement agreement.
TIME LIMIT:
All training must be completed within three months following the date of the first day of training.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Académie Bel disclaims all liability for any loss, damage or injury resulting from your use of our website or your participation in our courses or services.
It is required, for all training courses, to complete hours of practice at home as homework and lessons. A minimum will be required, depending on the training. Académie Bel reserves the right to postpone training at any time if it is obvious, by the lack of photos, interactions and work submissions, that the practice at home has not been done.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Académie Bel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
APPLICABLE RIGHT:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec in Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Province of Quebec.
