ORDER IS UNDER TREATMENT:

All purchase orders must be submitted to Signé JM via the website. Signé JM strives to process each new order as quickly and efficiently as possible so that the customer can receive orders in a timely manner. The ordering system used by Signé JM closes each order 2 hours after confirmation given to the customer, meaning that if a customer wishes to change anything on their order they have up to 2 hours to do so, after which a new sales service order will be generated to account for any changes and shipping/handling fees may apply.

SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES:

Shipping and handling charges will appear on each invoice as “shipping charges”. Each shipping estimate is based on weight, cubic measurements and delivery destination provided by the customer
All shipping estimates are non-binding and may be subject to additional verification and service fees at time of shipment. Payment of shipping costs is always the responsibility of the buyer, subject to the free shipping policy

Signé JM works with the best freight forwarding companies to obtain the biggest discounts on all shipments, providing customers with excellent service at the lowest possible rates. All large orders will be carefully checked, stacked and efficiently packed on pallets.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:

(remember that business days are not always consecutive if a weekend or holiday falls between the shipping time and the estimated time of receipt)

Shipping and receiving days vary by region (within Quebec or depending on proximity to the province). Following receipt of your order and payment confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order ships.

South Shores: Approximately 1 to 2 business days

North Shore: Approximately 1 to 2 business days

Outaouais: Approximately 2 to 3 business days

Estrie: Approximately 2 to 3 working days

Mauricie: Approximately 2 to 3 business days

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

Products are sent by Parcelz, which works in collaboration with carriers Purolator, GLS and others. We are in no way responsible for any perceived issues with carriers; however, if you have any questions or need to contact us for anything, please do so immediately upon receipt of your products.

HOW CAN YOU CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER:

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY:

Customers wishing to benefit from free delivery must come to the academy to collect their order. Two orders sent to the same delivery address on the same day can benefit from free delivery on one of the orders. Orders destined for two separate addresses on one or more orders are not eligible for free shipping.

EXPRESS SHIPMENTS:

All shipments are subject to additional charges when there is a rush order. In this case, the customer will pay the difference between regular and express shipping costs.

OUT OF ORDERS:

Academy works hard to optimize its inventory, on a regular basis. On the other hand, it is possible that our system fails to identify a backordered product if the product is not in stock, unless it is digital.

CUSTOMER PICK UP:

You can collect your order in store to avoid delivery costs at the following address Académie Bel, 2597 Boul. René Gaultier, Varennes, Quebec, J3X 1K4. After placing your order selected in-store pickup. Once you have completed your order and selected in-store pickup, your order will be prepared and ready within one business day. We will send you an email when it is ready. 

DAMAGED OR MISSING MERCHANDISE:

It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all products ordered and shipped from **** If the customer or customer notices visible damage to the products, it is the customer's responsibility to report all within 48 hours of receipt of the goods to;
