Buyer agrees and acknowledges that it is in full compliance with all applicable federal, state and/or local requirements regarding the use and application of semi-permanent eyelashes. Buyer further agrees that the use and application of the products used by Académie Bel will meet or exceed the rules and regulations governing the safety, sanitation, storage and handling of such products.



The liability of Académie Bel and its directors, officers, owners, employees, independent contractors, suppliers and licensors (hereinafter, the “Académie Bel Entities”) relating to or arising from the purchase or use of products or services sold by Académie Bel is limited to the purchase price of the products or services, excluding shipping costs.

Académie Bel is not liable for direct or indirect damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses.
