Provincial licensing varies for the eyelash application process and it is your responsibility to research your province's requirements and comply with all laws and best practices. Buyer agrees and acknowledges that it is in full compliance with all applicable federal, state and/or local requirements regarding the use and application of semi-permanent eyelashes. Buyer further agrees that the use and application of the products used by Académie Bel will meet or exceed the rules and regulations governing the safety, sanitation, storage and handling of such products.

LIMITED LIABILITY:

The liability of Académie Bel and its directors, officers, owners, employees, independent contractors, suppliers and licensors (hereinafter, the “Académie Bel Entities”) relating to or arising from the purchase or use of products or services sold by Académie Bel is limited to the purchase price of the products or services, excluding shipping costs.

Académie Bel is not liable for direct or indirect damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses.

Except as provided in this paragraph, under no circumstances will Académie Bel or the Académie Bel entities be liable for any claim, demand, damage, liability, suit, seizure, judgment, loss, penalty, fine, settlement, expense (including court costs or attorney's fees and costs thereof), or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, economic, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, relating to or arising out of the purchase, use or misuse of products or services sold by Académie Bel.

The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Académie Bel harmless for all such claims and actions.

Académie Bel in its sole discretion, reserves the right to prohibit the use, or use by any affiliate, of its brand name, logo, copyright, trademarks and its intellectual property.

Académie Bel reserves the right to refuse sales and/or services to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

AGREEMENT:

This agreement is governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec, without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of law thereof. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in the province of Quebec, Canada.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, letters, agreements, contracts and other documents. By purchasing products or services on this website, the buyer and Académie Bel agree that any dispute arising from the purchase or use of any product or service from Académie Bel will be settled by arbitration administered by THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC .
