RefectoCil Eyelash and Brow Color Cream creates beautiful, long-lasting, smudge-proof and waterproof results that last up to 6 weeks.

APPLICATION PROCESS
Preparation: Use RefectoCil Silicone Pads or Skin Protection Cream and Eye Protection Papers according to instructions.
Mix 2 cm of tint and 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxydant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxydant cream to create a creamy paste. Apply to eyelashes and eyebrows.
Leave to act for 10 minutes.
Remove using cotton and water.
